US concern Rossi of North Korea's nuclear test

Via the Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, and US counterpart, John Kerry, have expressed concern after North Korea conducted a nuclear test, the fifth day Friday.
Lavrov told reporters during a meeting with Kerry in Geneva to discuss the Syrian peace efforts, he must send a very strong message on the implementation of United Nations resolutions related to North Korea.
Kerry said he expects President Barack Obama addresses the matter on Friday, adding that discussions would be held at the United Nations.
For its part, the International Atomic Energy Agency confirmed Friday that the new nuclear test by North Korea was "very disturbing and regrettable" if confirmed.
He said IAEA Director-General of the United Nations, Yukiya Amano, said the experience was a "flagrant violation of several UN Security Council resolutions fully and contempt for repeated requests of the international community," saying it was "very worrying and deplorable act."
Amano said the UN Security Council in its resolution No. 2270 in March / March, "condemned in the strongest terms" the former North Korean nuclear test conducted in January.
He pointed out that the Council reiterated that Pyongyang "abandon all nuclear weapons and existing nuclear programs in a complete and definitive and verifiable, and cease all related activities immediately."
Amano said that "the agency continues to follow the nuclear issue (North Korean) closely, and we remain ready to contribute to a peaceful settlement through the resumption of verification activities in the country after a political agreement between the countries concerned."
