The agency said that this train will be linking, the capital of neighboring Moscow Interior, airports and cities, the project is expected to begin implementation in the beginning of December this year.

Mammadov stressed that this train will be called (Haaberlub), which is very fast, faster than sound the same train, this train will be able to transport more than 12 million people per year, and up the speed of the train about 1130 kilometers per hour.

Mammadov added that this project will be a set of pipes moving inside capsules carrying passengers, and these tubes are sealed and pressure than the one for 1000.
