Putin accuses France to escalate the situation with Syria .. and Paris are set

Putin accuses France

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Wednesday accused France of seeking to "escalate the situation" regarding Syria by paying Russia to use its veto against a draft resolution introduced by the United Nations Security Council on the cessation of the bombing in Syria.
Putin told an economic forum in Moscow that the French "put forward the draft resolution, despite knowing that it will be adopted (..) in order to push Russia to use its veto."
He added, "Why? To escalate the situation and fueling the hysteria surrounding Russia."
He accused the Foreign Minister of France Jean-Marc Oerlot return for promises made during his visit to Moscow last Thursday, and ignored Russia's proposals on the draft resolution "and delivering the blame on Russia for all the deadly sins" in Syria.
He suggested that France has been serving American interests that exploit this hysteria in the campaign on the presidential election.
He said that "it is of value particularly in the campaign leading up to the election conditions."
"I do not know if that is commensurate with the interests of European countries, but is it a foreign policy service or even the interests of the internal policy of an ally, in this case the United States, is the role of serious countries claim to have its independent foreign policy, says itself it a superpower? ".
On the other hand, he said French Prime Minister Manuel Valls said Moscow obstruction settlement efforts in Syria unreasonably chose.
However, he noted that his country is ready to receive President Putin to discuss the Syrian situation.
Russia has a veto aborted the Spanish-French draft resolution, last Saturday evening, about a cease-fire in Aleppo, as had been expected. As 11 countries voted in favor of the project, and two opposed, and two abstained from voting, and Russian veto came as a final blow to the possibility of adopting the draft.
