Two Americans, two military officers said on Wednesday that a US spy plane commander was in a routine patrol over the Black Sea, reported the Russian fighter to intercept the "unsafe and non-professional" to his plane.
The officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity that there have been several confrontations between the two planes were identified one of them as unsafe.
